Chicken Processing Class (26 Nov 2022)

In this class, you will learn how to process a chicken from start to finish.  After a detailed demonstration, you will select a chicken and take it through all the steps, including dispatching, scalding, plucking, evisceration, and packaging.  Then, take the chicken home to share with your friends and family.
