The Strategic Farm Planning class covers topics to help you focus on operating your small farm. We cover creating a business plan for your farm, including deciding your farm’s mission, goals, and pricing. We also discuss tips for advertising and marketing, and lessons learned from our farm to help you operate a more successful and profitable homestead.
The class is led by John and Andrea Hancock. John earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wright State University, and spent over 35 years as a project manager, business analyst, and business developer. Andrea has many years of sales and customer support experience. Together, they have operated Happy Wife Acres since 2017, and share how their farm has evolved.
The class fee is $25, and will be held at Happy Wife Acres near Fairborn, Ohio.
