In this class, you will inspect, harvest, extract, filter, and jar honey that you will take home to share with your family (20 oz jar, $20 value). This is a once-per-year experience that happens during honey harvest season. Even if you have no plans to raise bees, this is a unique opportunity to see how honey is harvested!
There are 4 one-day classes scheduled on two consecutive weekends: June 28 and 29, and July 5 and 6, from 9am to 1pm. Each class is limited to 3 participants.
Agenda:
– Brief overview of bees and honey harvest procedure
