The Strategic Farm Planning class covers topics to help you focus on operating your small farm. We cover creating a business plan for your farm, including deciding your farm’s mission, goals, and pricing. We also discuss tips for advertising and marketing, and lessons learned from our farm to help you operate a more successful and profitable homestead.
The class is led by John Hancock, who earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wright State University, and spent over 35 years as a project manager, business analyst, and business developer.
The class fee is $25, and will be held at Happy Wife Acres near Fairborn, Ohio.
